BSPI Monthly Stage Inspection Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The property must be under construction and not yet handed over to the owner at the time of the inspection. Located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must obtain permission from their builder to allow access to the site for the inspection. If the builder fails to provide access within 15 minutes of the agreed inspection time, the inspection will be canceled and cannot be redeemed at another time.

• Employees of BSPI Inspections and their immediate family members are ineligible.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway opens at 12:00 AM AEST on the 1st of each month and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on the last day of the same month.

• Entries outside this period are void.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the online entry form at https://bspiinspections.com.au/giveaway, providing your name, email address, and current build stage.

• Like us on Facebook.

• No purchase is necessary. Only one (1) form submission per property is allowed.

4. Bonus Entries

• Additional entries can be earned through the following actions:

  • Follow us on Instagram – 1 extra entry

  • Share the competition post on Facebook – 1 extra entry

  • Share the competition post on Instagram – 1 extra entry

• Social media actions must be completed within the competition period.

• Shared posts must be set to public to be verified and counted.

• Maximum total entries per person: 5 (1 standard entry + up to 3 bonus entries).

5. Prize

• One (1) complimentary stage building inspection, valued up to AUD $550, redeemable at a single stage of construction for one property only.

• This value applies to standard single-dwelling homes up to approximately 250m² total under roof. Larger or more complex homes may incur additional costs.

• Prize must be used within three (3) months of winner notification.

• No cash alternative. Prize is not transferable between properties; each property may only win once.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be drawn at random on the 1st day of each month, based on entries from the previous month.

• The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize.

• The inspection must be booked and completed within the same calendar month unless otherwise agreed.

• If unclaimed, a redraw may occur.

7. Site Access Requirement

• The winner must confirm builder permission and safe site access prior to booking the inspection.

• If permission cannot be obtained, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

8. Privacy & Data Use

• Entrant data will be used solely for administering this giveaway and for ongoing marketing communications, as consented.

• Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. General Conditions

• BSPI Inspections reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances, fraud, or technical issues.

• All decisions made regarding the giveaway are final.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

11. Media Use & Consent

• By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow BSPI Inspections to capture and use photos and videos taken during the inspection for promotional purposes.

• This includes publishing content on BSPI Inspections' website, social media channels, and other marketing platforms.

• No personal or identifying details (such as address or full names) will be disclosed without express permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

• BSPI Inspections will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Force Majeure

• BSPI Inspections shall not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or industrial disputes.

14. Variation of Terms

• BSPI Inspections may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Updated terms will be posted at https://bspiinspections.com.au/terms

• Entrants are responsible for reviewing the current version.

15. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• All inspection-related media (photos, videos, reports) remain the property of BSPI Inspections.

• By entering, winners grant BSPI Inspections a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish any content they submit or that is captured during the inspection for marketing and promotional purposes.

16. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://bspiinspections.com.au/privacy-policy.

• By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described therein.

17. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
